  • Job applications: name, email, phone number, profile or portfolio link, cover note and the CV file you upload.

  • Website analytics: anonymous, aggregated usage data such as pages visited, referring website, device type, browser and approximate country.

Cookieless analytics

We measure website usage with our own privacy-friendly analytics. We do not use advertising cookies or tracking cookies, and we do not store IP addresses. Visits are counted using a short-lived, irreversible identifier that changes every day, so individual visitors cannot be identified or followed across days.

How we use your information

  • To respond to your enquiry and prepare proposals.

  • To assess job applications and contact candidates.

  • To understand how the website is used and improve it.

  • To meet legal and regulatory obligations.

We process enquiry and application data on the basis of your consent and our legitimate interest in responding to you. Analytics data is processed on the basis of our legitimate interest in operating and improving the website.

Retention

Enquiries are kept for up to 24 months. Applications and CVs are kept for up to 12 months unless you ask us to delete them sooner. Detailed analytics events are deleted after 90 days; only aggregated statistics are kept.

Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We share it only with service providers that help us operate this website and our email, under appropriate confidentiality obligations, or where required by law.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and you may withdraw consent at any time. Email hello@veyorabyte.com and we will respond within 30 days.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised.
